Simple terms for a focused app.

Smile Monitor helps you organize smile photos, apparent whiteness, visible staining, supported comparisons, and factual routine events across your personal history.

The app does not provide dental diagnosis, medical advice, treatment advice, or a guarantee of whitening results. Visual observations can vary with capture conditions and individual appearance.

Your license to use the iOS app is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add product-specific rules for Smile Monitor.

Smile Monitor may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. The purchase sheet shows the current local price, billing period, and any available introductory terms before confirmation.

Smile Monitor includes the first three successful photo analyses. Further analyses require Smile Monitor Pro.

Apple charges and manages the subscription through your Apple account. Renewal and cancellation are controlled in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app or choosing Delete All does not cancel an active subscription.

Smile Monitor Pro enables further photo analyses after the three included successes. Completed local photos, results, charts, comparisons, routine context and reminders remain available without an active subscription.

You keep your rights in the photos and factual content you add. You grant the limited permission needed to store them on your device and, after explicit consent, process bounded photo copies for the analysis you request.

You are responsible for using photos you have the right to capture and process. Keep app access secure and avoid using the app on another person without their informed permission.

Use Smile Monitor lawfully and follow the capture guidance. Do not attempt to bypass included-analysis allowances, entitlement checks, service limits, or security controls. Do not interfere with the service or submit harmful, automated, or deceptive requests.

Network analysis, billing checks, and some support features depend on Apple, Cloudflare, OpenAI, RevenueCat, internet access, and compatible devices. Service interruptions can occur.

We may update, repair, limit, or discontinue features for safety, legal, technical, or product reasons. Production analysis remains closed when essential backend or billing configuration is unavailable.

Smile Monitor is provided with the warranties required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim additional implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Do not rely on the app for a health or treatment decision.

You may stop using the app at any time. Delete All clears app data as described in the privacy policy. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.

We may suspend network access for abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful use. Completed local history stays under local app control unless you delete it.

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections and courts available under the law of your country remain available to you.

Material updates will appear on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
